Student complaints of discrimination will be handled according to Lourdes' Non-Academic Grievance Procedures. These procedures are explained in the Lourdes Student Handbook. Faculty or staff complaints of discrimination will be handled according to the Regress of Complaints and Appeal sections in Lourdes' Policy Manual, Volume II, General Institutional Policies.
