First point of contact – Media officials are required to contact the Office of University Relations with all questions and requests for visitation, interviews and access to records and information. While on campus, media must be escorted by a member of the Office of University Relations. Please provide a minimum 24 hours notice.

The office will work closely with local, regional and national media to ensure that all requests are handled in a timely manner. Likewise, members of the Lourdes community who are approached directly by media are to refer them to the Office of University Relations.

Logo Accessibility – Please do not modify Lourdes University’s logos in any way. If a logo not listed below is required, please contact the Office of College Relations. Media should obtain approval before posting any Lourdes logo.

On campus filming & photography – Lourdes University is happy to accommodate requests for photography and filming on campus by media representatives. Before scheduling photos, video shoots or arriving on campus, media are asked to contact the Office of University Relations as well as familiarize review Lourdes’ Privacy Statement.
